BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS: You ‘the traveller’ represent and warrant that you are authorised to accept these terms and conditions as set out by Golf Corner ta Travel Corner, on behalf of everyone named in your booking. Any variation to your booking requirements must be made in writing by you.
DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS: Payment of the deposit confirms you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable deposit must accompany your booking form and final payment (inc. optional extras). Should full payment not be received by the final payment due date, your booking may be cancelled by the supplier. Final payment can be adjusted if the currency has dropped below the original quote rate. Golf Corner has the right to recalculate tour costs and late payment fees may apply.
CLIENT NAMES: For security reasons names provided on the booking form must be given exactly as stated in your passport. In the case of a reissue of an airline ticket, because the correct name was not provided, this will be at your expense.
CHANGES IN PRICE OR ITINERARY: Prices are based on tariffs current to the released date of each tour Golf Corner endeavours to perform all tours in line with the published itinerary, but reserves the right to change or substitute where necessary for reasons outside of our control including but not limited to: acts of nature, road and or weather conditions, local holidays, strikes, war, civil disturbances, advice by government authorities, breakdowns, medical or custom regulations, alternations, cancellations, delays, tender unavailability, we will substitute (at the nearest possible standard) an alternative where possible.
HEALTH & FITNESS: A good level of health & fitness is required to participate on tour. It is your responsibility to advise Golf Corner of any pre-existing medical condition that may affect the normal conduct of the tour & enjoyment of others while on tour.
RESPONSIBILITY: Golf Corner accepts no liability for any act or omission whatsoever, whether negligent or otherwise, of those Airlines, Hotels, Operators or Persons providing services in connection with this tour. We do not accept responsibility for any, death, injury, damage, loss, delay, change of schedule or any other events which are beyond our control. Golf Corner has made every endeavour to ensure that all details are correct at time of printing and cannot accept responsibility for subsequent change or withdrawal of prices, details or services shown.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: It is a condition of your booking that you are adequately insured for your tour. You will be required to advise your travel insurance details on your booking form.
TOUR COSTS: The tour costing is per person based on sharing twin/double room. Golf Corner reserves the right to re-cost the tour after initial publication due to currency fluctuations or component cost increases. Any surcharges will be passed on in respect to currency fluctuations unless full payment has been received and no changes are made to your booking.
AIRFARES & TAXES: Airfares included in the tour itinerary are based on the base airfare available at time of costing (or group rate). Airfares are subject to tax increases until the tickets have been issued and paid in full. Once your deposit has been paid in full and the internal airfare sectors have been ticketed by Golf Corner you will avoid any increase in internal airfares and or taxes. All internal airfare and tax increases during the booking process will be passed onto the client until paid in full. All airfare bookings are subject to individual airline terms and conditions.
LUGGAGE LIMITS: On Tour: Each passenger is entitled to take one piece (varying weights for each airline). Extra porterage charges will be imposed to cover handling costs for additional luggage. Airlines have their own luggage restrictions. If you do not adhere to these imitations excess baggage fees may apply and are at your own expense.
PASSPORTS: You must have a valid passport with a minimum 6 months validity from your return date to Australia.
VISAS: You are responsible for obtaining and paying for all visas and entry documents required. Golf Corner cannot accept liability for any traveller refused entry due to carrying the incorrect documentation. Golf Corner can assist with visa information, please ask for assistance.
PAYMENT: Cheques should be made payable to Golf Corner. Direct Deposit: (see booking form for bank details). We accept Mastercard and Visa Card payments (a 2% credit card surcharge applies).
CANCELLATION: Cancellation requests must be provided in writing. The following cancellation charges apply: more than 70 days prior to departure: loss of deposit, 70 days today of departure: up to 100 %. The above are Golf Corner Travels cancellation fees. Airlines and suppliers may have additional fees. No refund for cancellation for unused services on or after the tour commencement date. Cancellation of Tour by Golf Corner can be exercised if tour minimum numbers are not met for the Escorted Tours.
